(1)TPK's plants will implement the rolling blackouts plan in accordance
with local government's power cuts policy. However, the company will
rearrange the production schedule and adjust existing inventory level to
alleviate the power outage impacts.
(2)The production schedule of each plant in TPK group will be timely
adjusted by the following power cuts policy from China government.
