The announcement about TPK has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with
Suwa Investment Holdings LLC (“Suwa”) on April 12, 2019.
Owing to changes in circumstances, TPK decides to withdraw from
Suwa consortium with respect to planned investment in Japan Display Inc. .
The Memorandum of Understanding is terminated.
