Mr. Tou Kit Vai joined the Group in 2013 and became Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2014. Mr. Tou has been appointed as an executive Director from 1 July 2017. Moreover, he is a director of various subsidiaries of the Group and a non-executive director of Teejay Lanka Plc., an associated company of the Group, whose shares are listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange in Sri Lanka. Mr. Tou has extensive experience in factory operations, financial management, project management and ERP system. He is responsible for overseeing the corporate financial management, information technology and back office operations. Mr. Tou is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
