Ms. LIN Shu-Hua (林淑華) (“Ms. Lin”), aged 55, was the vice president of the finance department of Eastern Home Shopping & Leisure Co., Ltd.* (東森得易購股份有限公司) between January 2005 and September 2008. In April 2016, Ms. Lin re-joined the same company, holding the same position since then.
