Zyxel announced to sell ZyDAS shares to Atheros Communications Inc.

Hsin-Chu, Taiwan, R.O.C., Apr 24, 2006 - Zyxel Communications Corporation today announced that they will sell their 19,644,160 ZyDAS shares at average selling price NT$23.19 to Atheros Communications Inc. The total transaction amount will be NT$455,592,545.
