(3)The ex-dividend date is 2004/05/17 and will pay out the dividend from 2004/05/18 (4)Starting and ending dates of suspension of share registration: 2004/05/13~2004/05/17 (according 165,Company Law) 3.Countermeasures:N/A 4.Any other matters that need to be specified: According to the Financial Holding Company Act,the Board is entitled to make resolution on behalf of the Shareholders' meeting(2004/04/23).
