(altogether4 sites including 13), The amendment to the contract” appendix is due to the adjusted amounts according to the actual implementation of the construction. 3.Countermeasures: The contract and its amount are amended on 2004/2/9 and the other contract terms are kept unchanged. The contract amount shall add NT14,150,725 from the above ground structure contract(the fourth period announcement)announced on 2001/11/29” The contract amount shall add NT3,614,059 from the curtain wall contract ” a(the fifth period announcement)announced on 2002/5/3.” The contract amount shall decrease NT12,262,474 from the architecture and equipment contract”(the sixth period announcement)announced on 2002/8/15. 4.Any other matters that need to be specified:N/A
