The board resolved the company's Financial results of Dec.31, 2003 and 2003 distribution of retained earnings. (1)The operating revenue of Cathay United Bank Co.,Ltd. is NT$30,201 million with NT$2,706 million net profit after Tax and NT$0.67 after tax EPS.
