1.Date of occurrence of the event:2004/01/05 2.Cause of occurrence: Cathay Life Insurance Co., Ltd. had entered into a construction contract with Sanching Engineering Company(affiliate relationship with Cathay Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.) to construct the building . The building is located at Land No.249, Nan-Men sec.4, Hsin Chu City. The amendment to the contract appendix is due to the adjusted amounts according to the actual implementation of the construction. 3.Countermeasures: The contract and its amount are amended on 2004/1/5 and the other contract terms are kept unchanged. @The contract amount shall add NT188,937 from the architecture and equipment contract announced on 2002/8/15. 4.Any other matters that need to be specified:N/A
