Mr. LEE Kong Wai Conway, aged 66, is an independent nonexecutive Director of the Company. Mr. Lee is currently an independent non-executive director of West China Cement Limited (stock code: 2233), Chaowei Power Holdings Limited (stock code: 951), GOME Retail Holdings Limited (stock code: 493), NVC International Holdings Limited (stock code: 2222), Yashili International Holdings Limited (stock code: 1230), GCL New Energy Holdings Limited (stock code: 451), WH Group Limited (stock code: 288), and Guotai Junan Securities Limited Co., Ltd (stock code: 2611), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Mr. Lee was the independent nonexecutive director of Tibet Water Resources Ltd. (stock code: 1115) until February 2020. In addition, he was an independent non-executive director of China Rundong Auto Group Limited (stock code: 1365) until December 2020.
